yourmgmt is a cultural incubator that supports independent artists, organizers, and the systems that make underground culture sustainable. we operate across canada, with a physical presence in alberta. our focus is on safe spaces, artist development, event production, and media archiving. we prioritize representation, mentorship, and long-term growth through grant-supported programming and community-led initiatives. yourmgmt exists to protect, preserve, and push forward electronic music and grassroots culture.
